Equipment

The machines behind the work.

Production equipment is only useful when the programming, workholding, inspection, and process discipline around it are equally serious.

Finishing Support

Deburring and part finishing.

In-house centrifugal finishing, ultrasonic cleaning, blast capability, and practical secondary support help move parts from the machine toward a finished, usable component.

Finishing requirements are reviewed part by part. Plating, heat treatment, black oxide, passivation, electropolish, and other outside processes can be coordinated with qualified vendors when required.
