Approach
Inspection built into the process.
Critical dimensions are identified during quoting and programming, then supported with an inspection method appropriate to the tolerance and feature.
Drawing review
Key characteristics, ambiguous callouts, material requirements, and outside processes are clarified before production.
First-piece and in-process checks
Inspection frequency and gaging are selected around tool wear, process behavior, and the characteristics that carry the most risk.
Final verification
Lot inspection and documentation are provided to the agreed requirement, with reports available when specified in the quote or purchase order.
In-House Measurement
Optical, dimensional, and portable 3D inspection.
The shop can combine conventional gaging with programmable vision measurement and portable coordinate measurement.

Clear Expectations
Tell us what the part needs to prove.
First-article formats, material certifications, lot traceability, sampling plans, certificates of conformance, and outside-process certifications can materially change the workflow. Calling them out with the RFQ produces a better quote and a cleaner launch.
